A TVT Secure (Gynecare) surgery utilizes a small 1.5 cm incision in the vagina and places a small piece of mesh tape under the urethra. The surgery provides relief from leaking urine with coughing, sneezing, laughing or jumping.

What to expect:
TVT Secure is an outpatient surgery that requires no overnight stay. Generally women report very little pain from surgery and typically return to work the day after the procedure.
